Papertrail AI

AI compliance document processor for in-home healthcare at TEAM Services Group.

How it came together

Problem Compliance teams hand-reviewed onboarding and credentialing documents across 15+ brands in 50 states. It was slow, repetitive, and easy to get wrong.

What I did Scoped and shipped an LLM-based processor that reads each document and pulls the fields compliance cares about. I kept a human in the loop so reviewers still sign off, and they review instead of transcribe.

Outcome Roughly $300K saved a year and a big drop in manual review hours.

ML Lead Engine

Machine learning lead generation platform built for Procare Solutions.

How it came together

Problem Sales had no dependable source of net-new pipeline. Reps picked leads on gut feel and a lot of them went nowhere.

What I did Owned a lead-scoring product end to end. I worked with data science to define the model and the signals behind it, then designed how scores landed in Salesforce so reps could act on them without leaving their workflow.

Outcome It became the company's main source of net-new pipeline: $1.5M in revenue and about $80K saved each year on acquisition.

TE Health Dashboard

Customer health product for Procare's Tuition Express payment platform.

How it came together

Problem The business had no live read on product health, so nobody saw which payment accounts were quietly slipping until it was too late.

What I did Built a customer-health product on Power BI and Pendo signals. The harder part was deciding which engagement and usage metrics actually meant an account was at risk, rather than just charting everything.

Outcome Gave the team its first real-time pulse on product health and the accounts worth worrying about.

Churn Intelligence

Predictive churn and account-health scoring for Procare's 37,000 customers.

How it came together

Problem Cancellations kept catching the team off guard. There was no early warning across a base of 37,000 accounts.

What I did Led a predictive churn model and account-health score. I partnered with data science on the features and, just as important, with customer success on what to actually do when an account lit up.

Outcome Flagged high-risk accounts before they cancelled, protecting an estimated $100K in ARR.
